You will always receive two emails from us. The first one is sent right after you book, confirming that we received your order for your chosen date. The second email, sent at least a day before your display date, will confirm your hourly time slot.
If you don’t receive the first email within an hour of booking, please email us at [email protected] with your display date, first name, and last name so we can assist you.
Your photo will appear for 15 seconds, once every hour, for 24 hours on the date you choose (from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM). We promise at least 22 plays per day, even if there’s a power outage or technical issue.
We’ll email your exact time slot to the address you provided when booking, at least one day before your display date.
